The Engravid "Forever Readable" Lifetime Guarantee

We build our Stainless Steel "Forever Tags" to last a lifetime. We are so confident in our deep-engraving process that we guarantee the text on your tag will remain clear and readable for the life of your pet.

If the engraving ever becomes unreadable due to normal wear and tear, Engravid will replace it with an identical tag, free of charge.

This is a one-time replacement guarantee per original tag purchase.

Exclusions (What is NOT covered):

This guarantee is for the readability of the engraving itself. It does not cover:

Lost or stolen tags.

Cosmetic scratches on the tag's surface (which are normal).

Extreme physical damage (e.g., chewing, bending, being run over).

Outdated information (if you move or change phone numbers).

The split ring used to attach the tag.

How to Make a Claim:

To make a claim, please email us with your original order number and a clear, well-lit photograph of the tag showing that the engraving has become unreadable. A photo is required for all claims. No physical return of the tag is necessary.
