We custom-engrave every tag with care in our workshop just outside Houston, Texas. 🤠 Our goal is to get your order into your hands as quickly as possible.
Processing Time: ⏳
- Your personalized tag will be engraved and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Method & Tracking: 🚚
- For your peace of mind, all orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage and include a tracking number.
- Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey. 📧
- Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs: 🏷️
- We offer a flat rate of $4.50 for tracked shipping anywhere in the USA.
- All orders of $25.00 or more automatically receive FREE tracked shipping! 🎉
Returns & Exchanges
✍️ Due to the custom, personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check all spelling, phone numbers, and custom details before placing your order to ensure everything is perfect.
However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand by the quality of our work.
Order Mistakes:
- If we make an error: We're human! If we make a mistake on your tag, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will create and send you a correct replacement right away, completely free of charge. 👍
- If you make an error: We understand mistakes happen! We engrave the exact text you provide, so please review your details carefully. If you notice a mistake after your tag has been engraved, we offer a discounted replacement for a small fee of $5 plus the cost of shipping. Please contact us and we will be happy to help. 😊
Order Changes & Cancellations:
- If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, once a tag has been engraved, we are unable to cancel the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
🔍 While shipping issues are rare, they can happen. Your first step should always be to check the status using your USPS tracking number. If the tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate. If we determine the package is lost, we will send a one-time replacement.
If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, we ask that you please check with your neighbors and around your property. If it still hasn't turned up after 3 days, please contact us for assistance.
