Thank you for choosing Trail Dog Tags for your custom-made creations! 🦙 Since each of our products is tailor-made just for you, we cannot accept returns. Please double-check all customization details before confirming your order to ensure everything is perfect.

Order Mistakes


We copy exactly what you enter—no tricks, no magic—just plain old copy-pasting. 🧑🤝🧑 But, surprise! We’re humans, not robots! 🤖 And occasionally, even we make mistakes (shocking, right?). You have 30 days to let us know about any mistakes on your order.

If we messed up, don’t worry—we’re blushing! 😳 We’ll get you a replacement faster than you can say “whoops” and apologize like it’s our full-time job. 🙇 Sorry, sorry, sorry…(again)!

If the mistake was on your end (fat fingers got the best of you? 😬), just send us an email. If the mistake is found after the tag has been engraved, we require a $5 mistake fee for any corrections or adjustments per item + shipping cost if your order has already left the building.

Order Cancellations

Once your order is confirmed and production has begun, cancellations are not possible. However, if you notice an issue with your order or need to make a change, please reach out to us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes before production kicks off. 📦
